Our focus is on seamless booking and a range of properties, from luxurious villas to modern homes, all designed to elevate your vacation.

Send a request with your home, dates and group size; there is no charge to request. We confirm availability within 24 hours, then you secure your dates with a card through Stripe. The final payment is only charged once your booking is confirmed. We accept credit card, ACH and bank transfer.

We have a firm cancellation policy. If your booking is canceled, a refund or a full credit toward a future stay with us will be issued depending on the circumstances. The full policy lives in our terms and conditions.

Each of our luxury homes is meticulously curated for an elevated experience: designer furnishings, premium linens and a full suite of modern amenities. Expect high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities included and a thoughtful selection of essentials such as a washer and dryer with detergent, high-end bath products, Brita water filters, complimentary sparkling water and salon-quality blow dryers. Each home is uniquely appointed; please inquire for specific details.

Typically, check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We always strive to accommodate individual preferences, so let us know what you need.

Our professional housekeeping team ensures every home is immaculate on your arrival and departure. Additional housekeeping during your stay can be arranged on request.

In compliance with City & County of Honolulu regulations, all our rental agreements are for a minimum of 30 days. Guests are welcome to inquire about flexible terms that accommodate their specific needs within this period.

Rates are based on the number of guests staying in the home plus applicable taxes. For an accurate quote, simply let us know how many people will be in your party.

To preserve the pristine condition of our luxury homes, we do not allow pets. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your reservation is paid in full, you will receive an email with your arrival instructions and property address, typically about 24 hours before your arrival.
